Our Story

The Intocore journey began in the 90's in Napoli, Italy, where three boys Christian, Danilo and Francesco grew up with a passion for food, family and celebration.

Finding each other over two decades later on the other side of the world, in Melbourne Australia, they became friends and bonded over their shared upbringing and love of Italian and Australian culture and cuisine. Sharing a passion for crafting the perfect pizza using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques, Intocore was born.
